Competing for the first time? Let Us help

First, make sure you entered in the events you would like to swim. If not, see your coach about changing your meet entries at least 10 days before the meet start date.

Second, Check to see what time warm-ups are for and plan to arrive 15 min. ahead of time.

Third, Purchase a Heat Sheet at the meet, this tells you when your child will be swimming. It is also a good idea to partner with a family who has competed before so they can help you. Coaches are usually very busy at meets.

Fourth, Make sure your swimmer has enough fuel (good food and plenty of liquids) before and after the competition.

Fifth, Have Fun! You chose to enter a meet so enjoy your experience.
